ЗАКОН УКРАЇНИ
Про телекомунікації

(Відомості Верховної Ради України (ВВР), 2004, N 12, ст.155 ).
Цей Закон встановлює правову основу діяльності у сфері телекомунікацій.

Закон визначає повноваження держави щодо управління та регулювання зазначеної діяльності, а також права, обов'язки та засади відповідальності фізичних і юридичних осіб, які беруть участь у даній діяльності або користуються телекомунікаційними послугами.

LAW OF UKRAINE
on telecommunications

This Law establishes the legal basis of activity in the sphere of telecommunications.

The Law defines the powers of the state in relation to the administration and regulation of the said activity, and also the rights, responsibilities and principles of liability of the physical and legal persons who participate in the said activity or use telecommunications services.
