Уряд України має хронічну проблему – невиконані завдання. Близько 100 доручень, даних міністерствам та центральним органам влади, не реалізовуються вчасно. Це – бюрократична кухня керівництва країною, яка не афішується. Про неї не повідомляють на прес-конференціях, бо з цього не зліпиш піар.

The Ukrainian government has a chronic problem – it doesn't do its assignments (unfulfilled assignments). About 100 tasks assigned to ministries and central authorities (organs of power) are not being performed on time. This is one bureaucratic sweatshop (kitchen) governing the country which doesn't get publicised. You won't hear about it (they don't tell you about it) at press conferences, because it's not exactly good publicity.
