Today's seminar is taking place under the Chatham House Rule, with which we in Great Britain are familiar.
This means that you can publish the fact that the event is taking place and the topics under discussion
but, at the same time, there may not be any reference to specific participants of the event.
Any dissemination of information about what was said during the event may not be attributed to a specific person or country.
These conditions will ensure a full and open discussion,
and this will promote further discussion of this importrant issue within Ukrainian society.
